Our Grillmaster Barbecue Class is all about direct grilling. The Kamado Masterclass is for people who have, or are considering getting, a ceramic barbecue. The Low and Slow Class is all about smoke, ribs, more ribs and other delights. The Texas Barbecue Masterclass, is where to come for a major brisket fix. The Butcher & Barbecue Class combines cutting meat and cooking it. Our Fish Barbecue Class and Steak Barbecue Class are ingredient-led evening classes. We run a Vegetable Barbecue Class, suitable for vegetarians and vegans. And our winter-only Christmas Barbecue class is turkey central (and a lot more!). We also run bespoke private barbecue classes at the School.
Our 2021 classes will run from March until July, with later in the summer kept as backup in case we need to rescedule due to the pandemic.
