Our initial 2021 schedule will run from mid-March until early-July. If we have significant shutdowns as a result of the pandemic we will extend later into summer and early-autumn to ensure we run sufficient classes. If we have no lockdowns we expect to end the season in July.
Classes will be scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. In 2021 we will offer the following classes: Grillmaster Barbecue Class, Kamado Masterclass, Low and Slow Barbecue Class, and Texas Barbecue Masterclass.
Some classes are unfortunately not viable under the restrictions required by social distancing and we do NOT expect to run them in 2021: Butcher & Barbecue; Fish Barbecue Masterclass; Steak Barbecue Masterclass; Vegetable Barbecue Class.
