This is the class for owners (or prospective owners) of ceramic barbecues like the Big Green Egg or Kamado Joe. We cover everything you need to know to get great results from your ceramic barbecue.
We prepare the ingredients as a group and participants work in pairs to to look after each barbecue, 2 people to a barbecue.
The model of barbecue we use for this class are Kamado Joe's Classic Joe, which is equivalent in size to a large Big Green Egg. Update: to aid social distancing for we have switched to using a mixture of Kamado Joe Classic 2 and Kamado Joe Junior. If you would prefer to use one or the other please contact us prior to booking the class.
Below are the dates of classes dates of our 2020 season. At the moment we do not anticipate releasing further dates, though we will review this in light of Coronavirus shutdowns and will try to expand capacity if possible; join our mailing list to receive updates if/when more dates are released.
